Job Description

As an Audit Manager in Port Elizabeth, you will lead a team of auditors to ensure that our clients adhere to established financial regulations and internal standards. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff. You'll be responsible for planning audits, managing engagements, and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement audit strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Engage with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Support financial forecasting and planning initiatives.
  • Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Facilitate post-audit debriefs to discuss outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional certification (e.g., CA, CIA) is highly beneficial
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in auditing, with at least 2 years in a management role
