Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage staff, control inventory levels, and ensure productivity throughout the facility. Responsibilities

• Direct and manage warehouse operations to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and motivate a team to achieve company goals and KPIs.
• Develop and implement warehouse operational policies.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure proper storage methods and inventory control.
• Coordinate with logistics for all shipment and receiving schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
