We are seeking a motivated Mold Capper Helper to assist in the capping of molds with various closures. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and possess a basic understanding of the manufacturing process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Aid in capping molds as per production schedules.
• Ensure caps are fitted properly and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficiency.
• Assist in machine setup and the preparation of molds.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on products.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations at the workplace.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Engage in skill-building workshops and training programs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding production needs.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Technical qualification in manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Languages
