Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Account Director to lead our account management team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing key accounts and cultivating strong relationships with clients to achieve business success.

Responsibilities

  • Establish account management best practices to achieve optimal team performance.
  • Directly manage high-profile accounts and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the account management team.
  • Engage with executive leadership regularly to communicate account performance.
  • Create tailored marketing strategies for various accounts to enhance engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive insights and improve decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to improve product usage.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • MBA is an advantage
Experience
  • 8+ years managing key accounts or similar roles
