Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and implementation of the e-commerce roadmap.
  • Optimize product listings and ensure accurate descriptions and pricing.
  • Drive customer acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance the user experience by improving website navigation.
  • Manage digital budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with social media platforms to drive traffic to the site.
  • Mentor and develop a team of e-commerce specialists.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Business
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce operations
