Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring that all project milestones are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide support in project reviews and improvement processes.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all project activities.
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are adhered to.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and outside stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination
