Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on improving our DevOps processes and enhancing system reliability across our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining high levels of system availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement automated monitoring solutions and develop incident response procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance.
• Aid in capacity planning, resource allocation, and system performance analysis.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for improved deployment processes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in operations and systems management
