Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects in our Sandton office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and experience in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
• Assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive project execution and ensure quality control.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and update stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and resolve any project-related conflicts.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform post-project evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
