Marine Site Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Marine Site Manager to oversee and manage marine construction projects. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in the marine industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations on site, ensuring effective management of resources.
• Ensure that all project activities conform to environmental and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote the project’s objectives and manage expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and process efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior staff to enhance their skills and development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Valid certification as a Site Manager or similar qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in marine construction, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
