Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate and organized Event Planner to join our Pretoria team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations. Your role will involve liaising with clients, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution of events, while also managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative event concepts.
  • Plan timelines and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct site visits and assess potential venues for client events.
  • Manage a team of event staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Oversee refreshment and catering needs for events.
  • Archive event documentation for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
