This role will focus on enhancing our online presence, analysing metrics to optimize campaign performance, and driving brand engagement through innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visual content for campaigns.
• Monitor and manage brand reputation online through reviews and public opinions.
• Create and oversee monthly marketing budgets to align with strategic goals.
• Build and manage a strong social media presence across all platforms.
• Work with external vendors and agencies for campaign support as needed.
• Continuously test and refine email marketing tactics for better open and click-through rates.
• Foster customer loyalty through innovative digital strategies and reward programs.
• Report on campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent field
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of proven digital marketing experience
