Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Manager who is passionate about retail and excels at managing a team. In this role, you will implement effective merchandising strategies, control inventory, and optimize store performance to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise retail staff while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Create promotional activities and sales campaigns to attract customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make improvements where necessary.
  • Manage financials and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute store events.
  • Evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and present to senior management.
  • Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through engagement and community involvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Business Management or Retail Management is advantageous

  • 5+ years in retail management with a proven record of success
