Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven Sales Associate to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building relationships and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries effectively.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or NQF equivalent
• Degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of sales or retail experience

• Customer Relationship Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
