Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership abilities and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end within the assigned timeframe.
  • Engage and motivate team members to optimize performance and drive efficient project delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Document all project details and maintain comprehensive project records for future reference.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree in Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in project management or related roles
