Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective obedience training techniques.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to dog owners.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall training effectiveness.
• Record and track progress for each dog through comprehensive documentation.
• Promote positive reinforcement methods in all training practices.
• Manage a diverse group of dogs with varying temperaments.
• Engage with pet owners to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
• Participate in workshops and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced certification in dog training is preferred

Experience

• Experience working with various breeds and training needs

Technical Skills

• Training Program Design
• Knowledge of Training Tools

Certifications

• Certification from a recognized dog training organization

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Agility Training Experience: Experience in agility training or competitions is advantageous.
