Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating textile machinery and ensuring the production of high-quality textile materials. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for production runs and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain precise control of production processes including winding and twisting.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions during production.
• Document production metrics and maintain records accurately.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operation.
• Participate in safety drills and compliance training.
• Support maintenance teams during scheduled downtimes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Textile Manufacturing or similar preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in textile machine operation
