UX Researcher

Job Description

As a UX Researcher at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs and preferences. Your insights will inform our design process, ensuring that we create user-friendly and effective digital products. You will collaborate closely with designers and developers, conducting user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to derive meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute robust user research studies to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers to define research objectives and goals.
• Evaluate product usability and recommend enhancements to improve user flow.
• Use analytics data to support qualitative findings and user needs.
• Coordinate with marketing to understand user demographics and target audiences.
• Engage with external stakeholders for feedback on product prototypes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience research

Languages
