• Mentor and train team members on best practices in blockchain development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development and smart contract programming

Technical Skills

• Hyperledger Fabric
• Smart Contract Testing
• API Development

Soft Skills

• Detail-Oriented

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Cross-Chain Technology: Experience with cross-chain protocols and solutions.
• Experience in Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.
