• Cultivate a therapeutic environment that encourages client growth.

Requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology

Experience

• 5+ years of experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Trauma-Informed Care

Soft Skills

• Resilience
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Registered Psychologist with HPCSA

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Tswana: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in group therapy settings: Ability to facilitate and manage group therapy sessions effectively.
