SOC Analyst

Job Description

As a SOC Analyst at Cyber Solutions Ltd., you will monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents. You will work within a dynamic environment, using your technical expertise to maintain the security posture of our systems and networks. Experience in incident response and familiarity with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools is a must.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage security incidents from detection through resolution.
• Work on defining and refining security policies and procedures for effective monitoring.
• Conduct regular threat hunting sessions to proactively identify vulnerabilities.
• Engage in continuous learning and development of cybersecurity skills through certifications and training.
• Assist in conducting security awareness programs for employees to improve overall security posture.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of cloud security practices: Experience securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages: Basic scripting skills for automation tasks.
