Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Substitute Teachers to provide quality education in the absence of regular educators. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach lessons according to the plans provided by the regular teacher.
• Manage the classroom effectively to encourage learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Adapt lessons as necessary to meet the needs of students.
• Support students with diverse learning needs.
• Provide feedback to the Head of Department on class progress.
• Assist in managing classroom technology and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
• Higher Diploma in Education is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of teaching or substitute teaching experience
