Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care, perform examinations, diagnose illnesses, and create treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose various medical conditions.
• Conduct routine screenings and preventive health checks.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and lifestyle changes.
• Perform minor surgical tasks and assist with procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Implement treatment protocols and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Stay informed about advancements in primary care and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate qualifications in family medicine is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a clinical setting preferred
