Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address production challenges.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Create and manage project plans for efficiency improvement projects.
• Make presentations to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in process engineering

• Simulation Software

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
