Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will proactively engage with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and acting as the voice of the customer within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and by anticipating their needs.
  • Assist in developing customer success plans for key accounts to ensure their goals are met.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that can enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to align customer success initiatives with business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's is beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or related fields
