Job Description

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them achieve their goals through strategic guidance and support. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are effectively onboarded and educated on our products.
  • Regularly evaluate client health metrics and implement action plans as needed.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to share insights and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain client documentation to improve internal knowledge.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success, sales or account management roles
