UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective designs that enhance user experiences across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform heuristic evaluations of existing products to identify usability issues.
• Create and maintain a design library of reusable components and assets.
• Gather and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Participate in design critiques and contribute to the design culture of the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing work

Languages

• English: Fluent
