Responsibilities

• Identify and connect clients to various social and health resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution services.
• Support families in navigating complex social services.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree preferred, especially in Clinical Social Work

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a social work setting

• Family Therapy Techniques
• Documentation Skills

• Conflict Resolution
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Social Worker (CCSW)
• Trauma-Informed Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
