Validation Engineer

Job Description

As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment and systems are running efficiently and maintaining high levels of reliability. You will identify and mitigate potential failures and develop maintenance plans to improve our operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance strategies that increase equipment reliability.
• Perform statistical analysis to assess equipment performance.

• Compile reports on system performance and reliability metrics.
• Work alongside the operations team to enhance overall workflow.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve reliability testing.
• Assist in managing the maintenance budget and resource allocation.
• Conduct safety audits in coordination with health and safety regulations.
• Facilitate cross-departmental workshops on reliability improvements.
