Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members on client presentations.
• Support senior bankers in due diligence processes.

• Maintain accurate financial databases and analytical tools.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
