You will play a crucial role in supporting deal processes, from pitch preparation to execution, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality investment insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the financial due diligence process for transactions.
• Research and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Create detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the management of client relationships.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis.
• Create and update deal documentation.
• Monitor industry developments and changes in regulations.
• Participate in training and mentorship programs.
• Work closely with senior management to develop strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
• MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking

Certifications

• CFA Level II
• CFA Level III is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
