Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented Producer and Director to lead our film production projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in managing successful film productions from inception through to release.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative vision and direction of film projects.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high production standards.
• Facilitate communication between departments and resolve any production issues.
• Conduct auditions and select suitable talent for various roles.
• Create and maintain production schedules and timelines.
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration.
• Budget for, manage, and report on production costs.
• Maintain relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.
• Coordinate location scouting and set design.
• Lead pre-production planning and on-set direction of production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field.
• Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the film industry, with a focus on production management.
