Job Description

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our dedicated team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background and be responsible for maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring company-wide IT support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within systems.
• Perform IT asset management and track inventory.
• Help implement security protocols and network safeguards.
• Assist in the development of user manuals and FAQs.
• Conduct training sessions for new software applications.
• Regularly assess and improve IT support processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related area
• Bachelor's degree in IT related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role

• ITIL Foundation Certification
