Responsibilities

  • Review and enhance menu offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Implement training programs to improve service quality.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant.
  • Conduct staff scheduling and manage labor costs.
  • Actively participate in community engagement and outreach efforts.
  • Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for both staff and patrons.
  • Utilize feedback and metrics to continuously refine operational processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant experience
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry with a focus on management
