Job Description

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing testing plans to ensure the quality and performance of our products. You will need a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated tests on new software.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all features.
• Report and track defects using relevant tools.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and test case design.
• Coach junior QA staff and provide leadership.
• Engage in team discussions regarding product functionality and testing.
• Contribute to product development lifecycle to enhance quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a QA role

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• API Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools: Familiar with tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
