We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee our store operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will bring leadership and strategic vision to enhance store performance, drive sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing inventory, and implementing effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
• Provide strategic direction on product placement and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Manage vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty.
• Monitor store performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Assist in the planning and execution of store events.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or Business Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales or management roles

• Zulu: Basic
