As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our e-commerce strategies. Your expertise in digital marketing and user experience design will be key to enhancing our online presence and increasing sales. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in managing online retail platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide the e-commerce team in executing ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Develop training programs for staff on e-commerce best practices.
• Implement customer relationship management (CRM) tools to enhance user engagement.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve online shopping experience.
• Work with IT to troubleshoot website issues and enhance platform performance.
• Create and manage content strategy for website and social media channels.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
• MBA with a focus on e-commerce is preferred

• 5+ years in a managerial role within e-commerce
