Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to lead and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical engineering, ensuring the production of high-quality products while reducing costs and improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing production processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality materials and tools are used in production.
• Engage in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate process adjustments and new methodologies.
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
