We are in search of an IT Support Technician to assist with daily IT operations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical challenges, offering guidance to users, and maintaining IT systems. Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular system checks and monitoring.
• Administer user accounts and permissions.

• Help devise strategies for cybersecurity improvements.
• Provide on-call support as needed for urgent issues.
