We are on the lookout for a creative Architect to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise with artistic sensibility to design and oversee a variety of projects. Responsibilities

• Design innovative architectural solutions that meet client requirements.
• Create 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
• Respond to client feedback and incorporate changes into designs.
• Assist in managing project budgets and timelines.
• Provide leadership to junior architects and interns.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with architectural trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Building Codes and Regulations
• Presentation Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Green Building Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of local architectural trends: Awareness of the latest design trends in the Cape Town area.
