We are on the lookout for a creative and skilled Digital Design Specialist to elevate our design projects. The successful candidate will blend innovation with aesthetics to create compelling digital artwork that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent brand image across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics and layouts for digital and print media.
• Work with other designers and stakeholders to create a unified visual identity for the brand.
• Analyze design performance metrics to inform future projects.
• Assist in the creation of videos and animations as needed.
• Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure all visual content is aligned with marketing goals and objectives.
• Edit and manipulate photos to fit design needs.
• Manage design assets and keep the digital library organized.
• Train and mentor junior designers in best practices.
• Prepare files for print production when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Relevant certifications are beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years in professional graphic design roles
