Job Description

As a General Healthcare Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing various healthcare programs and facilitating communications among healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all healthcare operations run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise healthcare staff in their daily responsibilities.
  • Collect and analyze data on patient demographics and health trends.
  • Assist in crisis management planning and execution.
  • Ensure documentation meets legal standards and health regulations.
  • Facilitate patient education on health, wellness, and available services.
  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare management team.
  • Maintain a welcoming and efficient office environment.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement healthcare technologies effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance healthcare program outreach.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Nursing or Public Health
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

  • 4-6 years in healthcare settings, managing patient interactions.
