Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly financial analysis and report findings to management.
• Prepare quarterly budget reports and variance analyses.
• Analyze cash flow forecasts and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain financial models to aid in forecasting.
• Participate in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial insights and analyses.
• Regularly review internal controls and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
