Job Description

As a Jig Fitter, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fitting jigs and fixtures that are essential in the production of various components. Your expertise in mechanical assembly and ability to read technical drawings will ensure high-quality results and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all materials used meet quality standards and specifications.
• Assist in the training of new employees on jig fitting and assembly processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis on any assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and share feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree or certification in related fields is a plus

Experience

• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques would be advantageous.
