Job Description

As a Needle Punch Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process, operating and maintaining needle punch machines to produce high-quality textiles. The right candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for optimal production.
• Inspect materials before and after production.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve efficiency.
• Keep detailed records of production processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Assist in training new operators.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Certifications in textile manufacturing or machine operation preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in textile manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Quality Control Inspection
• Machine Troubleshooting

• Safety Awareness
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety regulations: Understanding of safety regulations relating to textile manufacturing.
