Job Description

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of logistics management, procurement, and inventory control, while being an effective leader within our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate training and development for supply chain staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize technology and software solutions to improve supply chain visibility and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry standards in all supply chain activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Continuously research market trends to stay ahead of supply chain challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of direct experience in supply chain roles
