• Maintain inventory and ensure the property is well stocked.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and drive improvements.

• Prepare reports on operational performance and guest feedback.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in hotel or restaurant management

• Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA)
