As a Stations Superintendent, you will oversee the operations and maintenance of railway stations, ensuring safety and efficiency in all activities. The right candidate will combine leadership skills with industry knowledge to enhance station performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise station staff and operations to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with various departments for effective service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management or related field
• A certificate in Safety Management can be a valuable asset.

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in railway operations.
