Responsibilities

• Design and implement process controls to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements based on latest engineering practices.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with set standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Develop and deliver presentations on process improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process optimization
