Responsibilities

  • Implement care plans and monitor effectiveness.
  • Report changes in conditions to doctors and nursing supervisors.
  • Assist in creating educational materials for patient education.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and needs.
  • Support community engagement and health awareness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of clinical nursing experience with leadership roles preferred
