Job Description

As an E-learning Designer, you will be pivotal in enhancing online educational content. You will utilize your skills in instructional design to create compelling course materials and interactive learning experiences. Ideal candidates should have a robust understanding of learning theories and instructional methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to train staff on e-learning course development.
• Implement user-friendly navigation and interface design for courses.
• Coordinate with external vendors for e-learning software and tools.
• Integrate gamification elements into learning designs to boost engagement.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with e-learning project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and educational standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-learning design including assessment strategies and evaluation metrics.

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Certified Instructional Designer
