Responsibilities

• Conduct health checks and diagnose ailments in animals.
• Perform surgical procedures when required.
• Prescribe medications and guide pet owners on treatment plans.
• Provide vaccinations and preventive care to pets.
• Maintain accurate medical records of patients.
• Monitor the wellbeing of animals during recovery periods.
• Develop dietary plans and nutritional advice for pet care.
• Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Educate pet owners on responsible pet ownership.
• Participate in community outreach and health awareness programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent
• Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in veterinary medicine
